What happens if Memuvi shuts down?
Our terms of service include a continuity plan. We'll notify you 6 months in advance and you'll be able to download all your messages and files.
When and how are messages delivered?
Messages are delivered only when several conditions are met simultaneously: your card payment has been failing for 6 months, no account activity is detected during that period, at least one trusted contact confirms you can no longer access the platform, and an administrator manually reviews and approves each case. Each message goes to a single recipient. It is never automatic.
Can I edit my messages after creating them?
Yes. You can edit or delete your messages at any time while your subscription is active.
Can I cancel my plan at any time?
Yes, at any time. When you cancel, your messages will NOT be delivered and your files will be deleted according to the retention policy.
How many recipients can a message have?
Each message is addressed to exactly one person. If you want to write to multiple people, create a separate message for each one. The message limit in your plan is also your total recipient limit — one message, one person.
